1. Returns
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Please note that we do not accept returns for items marked as final sale.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@fishingattire.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to return your item. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item unless the product was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for items that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items that have been personalized or customized
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@fishingattire.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, either by replacing the item or providing a refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the 5-7 business day timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@fishingattire.com.
